Zong 4G Graduate Trainee Program 2018:
Zong 4G Graduate Trainee programme is an exclusive Talent Development Programme of CMPak Zong which is designed for talented fresh graduates, who aspire to become the Future Leaders at Zong. Since 2013, Zong4G takes the pride in nurturing GTOs to become the leaders in their respective fields! Fresh Graduates are hired as Graduate Trainee Officers through the assessment process and then developed through a tailor-made GTO Development Plan (GDP). The learning journey of GTOs comprises of an intensive development scheme including classroom training, on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring and personalized job rotation to different departments & functions for a period of up to 18 months. This plan helps GTOs to get acquainted with the culture of Zong and team up with different departments to grow and enjoy this fast-track career path.

Eligibility Criteria for Zong 4G Graduate Trainee Programme 2018:
- Age Limit: Not more than 26 years at the time of hiring.
- Education: Fresh Graduates with following degrees are eligible to apply; BBA/MBA, Bachelors/Masters of Engineering (Telecom/Electrical/Electronics), Bachelors/Masters of Information Technology or equivalent.
- Score/CGPA: Minimum 2.5 CGPA or 70% Marks required.
- Work Experience: Not more than 01 years.
